Day 36

Day 36: Easter Sunday – the Easter Bunny came to the apartment & so the girls had fun on an Egg Hunt around our communal garden. Had a great family lunch – 4 generations together.

Here is my piece so far.

Day 35

Day 35: Went to movies at Gateway with the girls to see “Beauty & the Beast”. Huge buckets of popcorn & slushies, for everyone. Loved the movie – so here is Belle in her pretty yellow dress (in miniature).

Day 34

Day 34: Got home to the apartment - piles of washing! So had a day at home. I was wondering what I was going to stitch? Then we had the most spectacular lightening display over the sea. Once again my stitches do not do the display justice, but I had fun trying.

Day 33

Day 33: We went to the Butterfly Dome at Mac Banana’s –listen to a young man who told us all about butterflies from the tiny eggs under the leaves to the wonderful coloured butterflies flying around us. The girls had great fun finding all the different types of butterflies.

Day 32

Day 32: Eva & Amber got up very early to walk down to the beach to watch the sun rise with my son - my bed had to strong a hold on me. So when they came back with shells and snails they had caught it was great fun to hold the slimy snails in our hands before returning them top the sea. A small pale pink shell in stitches – today.

Day 31

Day 31: Got back from the Triple P – only to unpack & re-pack as we are going down the South Coast to San Lameer for a few days with our family. Tried to stitch the pile of cases and bags. Looking forward to a few days with the grand-daughters.

Added handles a few days later

Day 30

Day 30: Had a great Campfire with everyone on the Triple P taking part – Badger & Sarge came up to the Vuleka Centre to lead the Campfire. My stitches do not do the wonderful fire & flames justice. So great to hear our voices singing out the familiar Scouting songs. I’ve add some photos of the people & activities at Triple P.
